Addiction Dance

Ceroc Dance orginated from the UK and is a fresh, new way to dance to modern music. It incorporates elements of other dance styles including Salsa, Swing, Rock'n'Roll, Jazz/Funk and more. As a result, it can easily be danced to a a very wide range of music. Go to almost any party and you can almost surely dance ceroc there.

Ceroc Dance is extremely easy to learn which makes ceroc lessons fun. It is designed for people first-time dancers with "two left feet" and yet can also be danced by very advanced and accomplished dancers. Best of all, Ceroc Dance is a great place to meet people and socialise with people while you are dancing with them. A number of people who attend our classes in Addiction Dance can be found on a Friday night at the Workingman's Club in Hamilton and elsewhere dancing the night away.

Our classes are relaxed and friendly, and we focus on giving you the skills to dance 'freestyle' in public, choosing moves that suit you as you go. So you are not stuck with some dance routine that is only suitable in a dance classroom - it really is a lifeskill you can use in your social life whenever you want.

As well as our weekly group classes in Tamahere and Te Awamutu we run workshops, teach group routines and organise regular social dancing nights and other special events. We also offer private dance lessons for individuals, couples, small groups and also wedding dance routines for brides and grooms.
